Renovation works

We can undertake the whole renovation required by any property

The structural works and networks are normally charged directly to the client (10 years legal garanty) by the contractors we select, while we can assume the follow-up of the works until the delivery.

In some cases we can also appoint an architect when the sort of works require this or when some approvals must be granted by a Government service (physical construction, change of use, protected building or zone...etc).
